Sarah and James with Action Carpet Cleaning were here today to clean carpets, throw rugs and chairs.  We are very pleased with the work they provided as well as their timeliness in arriving and completing the job they were called to do at short notice.  After the carpet had been stretched this morning, we realized that it would be a good time to have the carpet cleaned before the furniture went back in place.  A call to them was made and they fit us into their schedule. Had Action out to clean my carpet again and once again they did an amazing job!  My dog had some issues and used my carpet as his potty pad, they were able to get the stains and the odor is completely gone. Action Carpet Cleaning and Water Restoration was at my house within just a couple days and took air samples for mold and left a radon sample. There were respectful, friendly, and knowledgeable. The following day I was given the lab's air sample results and the radon sample was picked up. They told me I had nothing to worry about regarding mold, and did not try to sell me anything I didn't need. About 1 week later I had my radon results. As before, they said I had nothing to worry about and didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. They did not recommend remediation or any sort of Radon filtration system. Mike was fantastic. He was on time and went the extra mile to make my carpets clean. He did the pre spray and steamed and cleaned it super fast and it turned out great.
